All pets must be in good health prior to receiving any services. Our staff should be notified by the owners of any on-going long/short term issues such as sensitive skin, previous operations, hip dysplasia, blindness, old age, or particular ‘no-go’ areas for your pet at the beginning of every appointment. The more info we have on your pet's well-being, the better quality of service we can deliver.
