What health issues should i bring to your attention?

All pets must be in good health prior to receiving any  services. Our staff should be notified by the owners of any on-going long/short term issues such as sensitive skin, previous operations, hip dysplasia, blindness, old age, or particular ‘no-go’ areas for your pet at the beginning of every appointment. The more info we have on your pet's well-being, the better quality of service we can deliver.

What products do you use for grooming?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic shampoos and conditioners that are specifically formulated for pets including hypoallergenic and medicated options for pets with sensitive skin or specific health needs. Additionally, all grooming tools, such as brushes and clippers, are sanitized before and after each use to maintain the utmost hygiene standards.

Yes, in addition to cats and dogs, we offer grooming services rabbits and birds as well. Our groomers are trained to handle the unique grooming needs of all types of pets.

Our basic grooming packages start at AED 180 for cats and dogs, while full services for small-sized pets typically begin at AED 230, and larger breeds start at AED 250. Additional services, such as teeth cleaning, de-shedding treatments, or special handling for anxious pets, are available at an extra cost.
